1. Mission and Christian Identity

In His Hands International Bible College (IHHIBC) exists to equip believers for Christian service through biblical education grounded in the authority of Scripture and historic Christian faith.

As a Bible college, IHHIBC affirms that its programs, instruction, and community standards are based on Christian beliefs and values. All students are expected to respect and adhere to the spiritual and doctrinal foundations of the institution while enrolled.

2. Admissions and Enrollment

Enrollment is open to individuals who:

  • Profess faith in Jesus Christ or are sincerely seeking Christian biblical education
  • Agree to abide by the College’s policies, code of conduct, and academic integrity standards
  • Are capable of completing coursework in an online learning environment

The College reserves the right to deny or terminate enrollment if a student violates institutional policies.

3. Academic Programs and Degree Completion Requirements

3.1 Course Completion

To successfully complete a course, students must:

  • Engage meaningfully with all instructional materials (videos, readings, lectures)
  • Complete required assignments, quizzes, and examinations
  • Demonstrate comprehension of the course content

Simply clicking through course materials without genuine engagement is not considered completion.

3.2 Degree Completion

To earn a certificate, diploma, or degree, students must:

  • Complete all required courses in the prescribed program
  • Achieve a passing grade in each course
  • Maintain academic integrity throughout the program
  • Fulfill any additional program-specific requirements

The College reserves the right to review a student’s activity and assessment history prior to awarding any credential.

4. Grading Policies

4.1 Grading Scale 

  • A – 90–100% (Excellent) 4.0
  • B – 80–89% (Good) 3.0
  • C – 70–79% (Satisfactory) 2.0
  • F – Below 70% (Failing) 1.0

Courses may be graded using course engagement, exams, reading assignments, quizzes, written assignments, final examinations, theses, or a combination thereof.

4.2 Assessment Integrity

Assessments are intended to measure genuine learning. Abnormally rapid completion of courses or assessments may trigger review for academic integrity concerns.

5. Academic Integrity Policy

IHHIBC is committed to honesty, integrity, and Christian character in all academic work.

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

Academic dishonesty includes, but is not limited to:

  • Cheating on quizzes or exams
  • Clicking through course materials without meaningful engagement
  • Submitting work not authored by the student
  • Plagiarism (copying from books, websites, or other sources without proper acknowledgment)
  • Using artificial intelligence (AI) tools to generate assignments, exams, or written work
  • Misrepresenting one’s identity or work

5.2 Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use

  • The use of AI tools (including but not limited to ChatGPT or similar systems) to complete coursework, exams, or written assignments is strictly prohibited
  • AI-generated content submitted as student work constitutes academic dishonesty

5.3 Consequences of Violations

Violations of academic integrity may result in:

  • Assignment or course failure
  • Academic probation
  • Suspension or dismissal from the College
  • Revocation of earned credits or credentials
  • Loss of eligibility for refunds

All decisions regarding integrity violations are final.

6. Student Conduct and Ethical Expectations

Students are expected to:

  • Conduct themselves in a manner consistent with Christian values
  • Communicate respectfully with faculty, staff, and fellow students
  • Refrain from disruptive, dishonest, or unethical behavior

Failure to uphold these standards may result in disciplinary action.

7. Non-Discrimination Statement

In His Hands International Bible College does not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability in its educational programs or activities.

As a Christian Bible college, IHHIBC reserves the right to:

  • Require adherence to Christian beliefs and moral standards
  • Integrate faith-based criteria into admissions, instruction, and community life
  • Operate in accordance with its religious mission and doctrinal convictions

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Full Refund

  • A full refund is available if requested within 30 days of enrollment
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing

8.2 No Refunds

No refunds will be issued:

  • After the 30-day period
  • For students found guilty of cheating, academic dishonesty, or misuse of AI
  • For partial completion or non-completion of courses
  • For dismissal due to policy violations

Refund decisions are final.

9. Monitoring and Review of Student Activity

The College reserves the right to:

  • Monitor course progress, time spent in coursework, and assessment behavior
  • Investigate irregular activity patterns
  • Require additional verification of learning when necessary

Credentials may be withheld or revoked if evidence of dishonest completion is discovered at any time.

10. Policy Updates and Amendments

IHHIBC reserves the right to update or amend these policies at any time. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of the most current version of this manual.
